Admissions Online
Welcome to St. Joseph Catholic School and thank you for your interest.
NOTE: These instructions are for NEW STUDENT applications for the current and next school year only. This form is NOT for RETURNING STUDENTS.
How to Apply
All St. Joseph applications are created online. This simplifies submission and provides parents a tool for tracking online the status of their admission after their application has been submitted.
Create an Online Application
To begin the Online Application process,
Create an Account. This will be your family APPLICATION Account which you will use for ALL of your children. Then log in to your account and
Create A New Student Application for each individual child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application.
NOTE: If you are a returning family registering a NEW student, this will be done through the FACTS Family Portal by clicking Apply/Enroll, then Apply. Your returning children will be registered through FACTS Family Portal Enrollment.
After submitting the application, you will be able to track online your admissions status at the school by logging in to your Family Portal account. There you will be able to print the completed applications, monitor when the school receives supplemental application forms and, if necessary, reprint the supplemental forms.
